2025 was a year of meaningful growth and progress for NPPGov. One theme stands out clearly: momentum with purpose.

NPPGov added more than 65 new cooperative contracts last year, expanding access to high-quality suppliers across the United States and Canada. NPPGov also strengthened our partnership with our lead public agencies to offer new RFP categories to better serve our core markets of Public Safety, Government, and Education as well as target new growth areas.

Building on this momentum, NPPGov welcomed nine new association partners, further strengthening our national reach and impact. These partnerships include state fire associations, state procurement associations, fraternal orders of police, and more. NPPGov is also a proud board member of National Cooperative Purchasing Partners (NCPP), an international cooperative trade organization, strengthening collaboration and sharing best practices across the cooperative purchasing industry.

In 2025, NPPGov’s Chief Revenue Officer, Bill DeMars, was reappointed to serve as Vice-Chair on the board of the NCPP. His selection underscores NPPGov’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the future of public procurement.
