Leveraging Cooperative Contracts Strategically
Executive Director of NCPP, Tammy Rimes, recently wrote an article in Government Procurement about the strategic evolution of cooperative contracts. Public procurement teams are consistently being asked to do more with less staff. They must continually use all the resources at their disposal, one of them being cooperative contracts. As procurement personnel tackle the challenges they are faced with, cooperative contracts have evolved to provide even more help. The change is driven by government teams leveraging cooperative contracts even more efficiently.
