At Buell Recreation, we bring play to the Pacific Northwest. It’s what we love and what we do. We do this by partnering with the best play, playground, shade, aquatic and outdoor fitness companies that offer quality product and help bring communities outside together for fun, exercise, socialization and development. About NPPGov

NPPGov is a Cooperative Purchasing Organization and partner of Buell Recreation. We provide access to park, playground and recreation equipment through the Buell Recreation Contract, a competitively bid and publicly awarded contract. Membership in NPPGov is entirely free. There is no obligation to purchase.

This is a publicly solicited contract established through an RFP process conducted by a Lead Public Agency. This contract satisfies formal competitive bid requirements of most states. All NPPGov members are urged to seek independent review by their legal counsel to ensure compliance with all state and local requirements.
